Everything in the Beakful Store is printed just for you when you order it, through our print partner Printful. Because each item is made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. But if something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing problem, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at beakful@funpuffin.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem (and of the shipping label, if the package was damaged)
We’ll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you’d prefer. You don’t need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for a long time, or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we’ll look into it with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll reship it or refund you.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then let us know. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t always replace packages marked as delivered.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm the right address, but you’ll need to pay the shipping again.
Sizing
We can’t exchange clothing for a different size, so please check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you choose.
Cancelling an order
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once an item is in production, we can’t cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in Canadian dollars. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under consumer protection law in Newfoundland and Labrador or in your province.
