How orders are made
Every item is printed on demand by our partner Printful and shipped from whichever of their production centres is closest to you, so your order may come from Canada, the United States, Europe or elsewhere. Items in the same order can arrive in separate packages.
Timing
- Production: usually 2 to 7 business days for each item.
- Shipping: depends on where you are and the shipping option you choose at checkout. You’ll see estimated delivery times and costs before you pay.
You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what’s in your cart. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CA$).
Where we ship
We ship to most countries. If we can’t ship to your address, checkout will let you know.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped from outside your country may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive. These are set by your country, aren’t included in our prices, and are your responsibility. Customs can also add to delivery times.
